FlightsMojo operates as an online travel agency and booking intermediary that enables customers to search for, compare, and book flights offered by airlines and travel suppliers throughout the world.

When you make a booking through FlightsMojo, our role is limited to facilitating the reservation process between you and the relevant airline, airline consolidator, reservation system, or travel supplier. We provide technology, booking support services, customer assistance, and reservation management services in connection with those bookings.

FlightsMojo does not own, manage, operate, or control any airline, aircraft, airport, transportation provider, or travel product offered through the Website. The transportation services purchased through the Website are provided by independent third-party suppliers whose terms and conditions govern the actual provision of the travel service.

Your contract for the transportation service itself is with the airline or supplier responsible for operating that service. FlightsMojo is not a carrier and is not responsible for carrying passengers or operating flights.

Although FlightsMojo carefully selects the suppliers whose products appear on the Website, we cannot guarantee the performance, quality, availability, or suitability of services provided by third parties. Airlines and suppliers remain solely responsible for their operations, schedules, staff, aircraft, baggage handling, passenger handling, and service delivery.

By making a booking, you acknowledge that FlightsMojo acts solely as an intermediary and that your travel arrangements remain subject to the applicable supplier’s terms, fare rules, conditions of carriage, baggage policies, refund rules, and operational requirements.

The Website is intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

By making a booking through FlightsMojo, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen years old;
• You have the legal authority to enter into contracts;
• You are using the Website for legitimate travel purposes;
• All information provided by you is accurate and complete;
• You are authorised to make bookings on behalf of any passengers included in the reservation.

Where a booking includes multiple passengers, the person making the booking confirms that they have obtained the consent and authority of all travellers included within the reservation and that they accept these Terms on behalf of each traveller.

FlightsMojo reserves the right to refuse bookings, suspend accounts, request verification documents, or cancel reservations where we reasonably believe that a user does not satisfy these requirements.

The availability of flights displayed on the Website does not constitute a guarantee that a particular itinerary remains available for purchase.

Airline inventory, fares, taxes, and availability are controlled by third-party reservation systems and suppliers and may change at any time without notice.

When you submit a booking request, FlightsMojo will attempt to secure the requested travel arrangements based upon the information provided by you. A booking shall not be considered confirmed until all of the following have occurred:

• Payment has been successfully authorised and received;
• The supplier has accepted the reservation;
• The booking has been successfully processed;
• A booking confirmation or electronic ticket has been issued.

In certain circumstances, payment may be authorised before final confirmation is received from the supplier. If a booking cannot be confirmed, FlightsMojo will notify you and any funds successfully collected will be refunded in accordance with the payment provider’s procedures.

FlightsMojo cannot guarantee that a booking request will be successful and shall not be liable for supplier inventory changes occurring prior to confirmation.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during the booking process is accurate, complete, and consistent with the travel documents that will be used during travel.

This includes, without limitation:

• Full names;
• Dates of birth;
• Nationality information;
• Passport details;
• Contact information;
• Frequent flyer information.

Passenger names must exactly match the names appearing on the relevant passport or travel document. Even minor discrepancies may result in denied boarding, cancellation of the booking, additional airline charges, or the need to purchase a replacement ticket.

Many airlines do not permit name corrections after ticket issuance, while others may impose substantial amendment fees or require cancellation and rebooking. FlightsMojo cannot override airline policies relating to passenger name corrections.

FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for any losses, costs, delays, denied boarding, additional charges, or cancellation fees arising from inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

Flights displayed on the Website are subject to constant changes in supplier inventory, airline pricing systems, currency exchange fluctuations, taxes, and government-imposed charges.

While FlightsMojo makes every reasonable effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur due to technical issues, supplier feed errors, human error, system malfunctions, or incorrect data provided by third parties.

All fares displayed on the Website are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.

If a pricing error is identified before ticket issuance, FlightsMojo reserves the right to:

• Correct the fare;
• Request payment of the correct amount;
• Cancel the booking; or
• Provide a full refund of monies paid.

FlightsMojo shall not be obliged to honour pricing that is clearly erroneous or manifestly incorrect.

Airline taxes, airport charges, government levies, security fees, and similar charges may change between booking and travel. Where permitted by applicable law or supplier rules, such increases may be passed on to the customer.

All bookings must be paid for using a valid payment method approved by FlightsMojo.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the relevant payment method and that all information supplied is accurate and complete.

To protect customers, suppliers, and payment systems from fraud, FlightsMojo may conduct additional verification procedures before issuing tickets. Such verification may include requests for identity documents, proof of address, card ownership verification, payment authorisations, or other supporting documentation.

Where requested verification information is not provided within a reasonable period, FlightsMojo reserves the right to cancel the booking, decline the transaction, or delay ticket issuance.

FlightsMojo shall not be liable for losses arising from fraud prevention procedures undertaken in good faith for security purposes.

Electronic tickets and booking confirmations are issued subject to successful payment processing, supplier acceptance, fraud verification checks, and confirmation from the relevant airline or reservation system.

FlightsMojo will use reasonable efforts to ensure that tickets are issued promptly following confirmation of a booking. However, ticket issuance times may vary depending on the airline, reservation system, payment verification requirements, and operational circumstances beyond our control.

Customers should not make irreversible travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, ground transportation bookings, visa appointments, or other travel commitments, until a booking confirmation and ticket number have been received.

Upon receipt of a booking confirmation, it is the responsibility of the customer to review all itinerary details carefully, including passenger names, travel dates, departure and arrival airports, flight numbers, and any other information appearing on the booking confirmation.

Any discrepancies should be reported to FlightsMojo immediately. Delays in reporting errors may reduce the options available for correction and may result in additional airline charges, fare differences, or the need to purchase a replacement ticket.

FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for losses arising from a customer's failure to review booking documentation promptly.

International travel is subject to the immigration, customs, security, health, and entry requirements imposed by the countries through which a passenger travels.

It is solely the responsibility of each traveller to ensure that they possess all documentation required for their journey, including but not limited to:

• A valid passport;
• Required visas;
• Transit visas;
• Residence permits;
• Entry permits;
• Vaccination certificates;
• Health declarations;
• Return or onward travel documentation; and
• Any other documents required by government authorities, airlines, or border control agencies.

Passport validity requirements vary significantly between destinations, and many countries require passports to remain valid for a specified period beyond the date of arrival or departure.

FlightsMojo does not provide immigration advice and cannot guarantee eligibility for entry into any country. Information provided on the Website regarding visas, health requirements, travel restrictions, or border controls is provided for general guidance only and should not be relied upon as legal or immigration advice.

Any denial of boarding, refusal of entry, deportation, detention, missed flight, additional costs, or travel disruption resulting from insufficient documentation or failure to satisfy entry requirements shall remain the sole responsibility of the traveller.

FlightsMojo shall not be liable for any losses arising from a traveller's failure to obtain or maintain the necessary documentation for travel.

All bookings made through FlightsMojo remain subject to the fare conditions, conditions of carriage, policies, procedures, and operational requirements imposed by the airline responsible for operating the relevant flight.

Each airline establishes its own rules regarding matters including:

• Ticket validity;
• Check-in requirements;
• Boarding procedures;
• Baggage allowances;
• Changes and amendments;
• Cancellations;
• Refunds;
• No-show policies;
• Name corrections;
• Seat selection;
• Special assistance requests; and
• Transportation of minors.

Airline rules vary significantly between carriers and fare types. Certain discounted fares may carry significant restrictions and may not permit changes or refunds under any circumstances.

By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you are bound by the terms and conditions of the airline operating the flight in addition to these Terms.

Where a conflict exists between these Terms and the mandatory conditions imposed by an airline, the airline's conditions shall apply to the extent necessary for operation of the flight.

FlightsMojo is not responsible for airline policies and cannot override supplier rules or fare restrictions.

Requests to modify an existing booking are subject to the fare rules of the airline, supplier restrictions, seat availability, ticket conditions, and operational limitations applicable at the time the request is made.

Not all bookings are eligible for modification.

Where changes are permitted, the customer may be required to pay:

• Airline change fees;
• Fare differences;
• Supplier administrative charges;
• Airport tax adjustments;
• Reservation system fees; and
• FlightsMojo service charges.

The amount payable may vary substantially depending upon the original fare purchased, the timing of the requested change, and the availability of alternative flights.

FlightsMojo cannot guarantee that any requested modification will be approved by the airline or supplier.

Where an amendment results in a higher fare, the customer must pay the additional amount before the change can be processed.

Once a booking has been amended, the revised itinerary may become subject to a different set of fare rules and restrictions imposed by the airline.

A voluntary cancellation occurs when a customer chooses to cancel a booking for personal reasons rather than as a result of airline disruption or cancellation.

Cancellation rights depend entirely upon the fare conditions applicable to the ticket purchased.

Many promotional, discounted, and special fares are non-refundable and may not provide any refund entitlement once a booking has been confirmed.

Where a fare permits cancellation, the amount refunded may be reduced by:

• Airline cancellation penalties;
• Supplier administration fees;
• Reservation system charges;
• Payment processing costs;
• Government charges that are non-refundable; and
• FlightsMojo service fees.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

All refund requests remain subject to supplier review and approval in accordance with the applicable fare rules.

FlightsMojo cannot guarantee that an airline will approve a cancellation request or provide a refund.

An involuntary cancellation occurs where an airline cancels a flight, significantly alters an itinerary, discontinues a route, or otherwise prevents transportation from being provided as originally booked.

In such circumstances, the options available to the customer will be determined by the policies of the airline responsible for the disruption.

Depending upon airline policy, customers may be offered:

• Alternative flights;
• Travel credits;
• Re-routing options; or
• Refunds.

FlightsMojo will use reasonable efforts to assist customers in communicating with airlines and processing available options, but the final decision regarding compensation, refunds, re-routing, or alternative arrangements rests with the airline.

FlightsMojo shall not be liable for losses arising from airline operational decisions, including schedule changes, route cancellations, equipment substitutions, or service disruptions.

Refund eligibility is determined primarily by the rules and conditions imposed by the airline or supplier responsible for the booking.

FlightsMojo acts as an intermediary in the refund process and does not independently determine whether a refund should be approved.

Where a refund request is submitted, FlightsMojo will forward the request to the relevant supplier and assist in processing any refund that may be authorised.

Refund amounts may be affected by:

• Airline fare restrictions;
• Supplier penalties;
• Government charges;
• Currency fluctuations;
• Payment processing costs;
• Administrative charges; and
• Applicable FlightsMojo service fees.

Refund processing times vary considerably between airlines and may depend on reservation systems, financial institutions, payment providers, fraud screening processes, and operational factors beyond FlightsMojo's control.

While FlightsMojo will make reasonable efforts to facilitate approved refunds promptly, we do not guarantee any specific refund timeframe.

Customers acknowledge that refund processing may take several weeks and, in certain circumstances, substantially longer depending upon supplier procedures.

FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for delays caused by airlines, banks, card issuers, payment gateways, reservation systems, or other third parties involved in the refund process.

Failure to travel on a booked flight without notifying the airline or obtaining an approved cancellation may result in the booking being classified as a no-show.

Many airlines automatically cancel remaining flight segments when a passenger fails to travel on an earlier segment within the same itinerary.

A no-show may result in:

• Loss of ticket value;
• Loss of onward or return flights;
• Loss of refund eligibility;
• Additional rebooking costs.

Airline no-show policies vary and are determined solely by the airline concerned.

FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for losses resulting from a passenger's failure to travel on a booked flight or comply with airline check-in requirements.

Airlines retain the right to modify flight schedules, routes, departure times, arrival times, aircraft types, operating carriers, airports, stopovers, and other operational aspects of a journey at any time before departure.

Such changes may occur for a variety of reasons, including operational requirements, weather conditions, airport restrictions, air traffic control measures, technical issues, staffing shortages, regulatory requirements, commercial decisions, or events beyond the airline's control.

FlightsMojo has no authority to control or prevent airline schedule changes and does not guarantee that flights will operate exactly as originally scheduled.

Where FlightsMojo receives notification of a schedule change from an airline, we will use reasonable efforts to communicate the change to the customer using the contact information provided during the booking process. However, customers remain responsible for monitoring their booking and checking flight status directly with the airline prior to travel.

FlightsMojo shall not be liable for losses, expenses, inconvenience, missed connections, accommodation costs, transportation costs, loss of earnings, or other damages arising from airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, diversions, or operational disruptions.

Baggage allowances, excess baggage charges, cabin baggage restrictions, sporting equipment policies, pet transportation rules, seat selection options, meals, lounge access, and other ancillary services are determined exclusively by the airline or supplier responsible for the booking.

Airlines frequently apply different baggage rules depending upon the route, cabin class, fare family, frequent flyer status, or operating carrier.

Information displayed during the booking process is provided by suppliers and may be subject to change without notice.

Customers are responsible for verifying applicable baggage allowances and restrictions directly with the airline before travel.

FlightsMojo shall not be liable for baggage charges, excess baggage fees, denied carriage of baggage, damaged baggage, lost baggage, delayed baggage, or disputes relating to ancillary services provided by airlines or suppliers.

Claims relating to baggage must generally be made directly to the airline in accordance with the airline's procedures and applicable international conventions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all applicable airline requirements, government regulations, immigration laws, health regulations, security procedures, and travel restrictions applicable to their journey.

Customers must:

• Arrive at the airport with sufficient time to complete check-in, baggage drop, immigration, and security procedures;
• Present valid travel documents when requested;
• Comply with airline check-in deadlines;
• Follow instructions issued by airlines, airports, and government authorities;
• Ensure that contact information provided during booking remains accurate and up to date.

FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for denied boarding, missed flights, cancelled bookings, or additional costs arising from a customer's failure to comply with applicable travel requirements.

FlightsMojo is committed to maintaining a secure booking environment and protecting customers, suppliers, and payment systems from fraudulent activity.

To achieve this objective, FlightsMojo reserves the right to conduct verification procedures before, during, or after a booking has been made.

Such procedures may include verification of:

• Identity information;
• Payment details;
• Card ownership;
• Billing information;
• Travel documentation;
• Contact information.

FlightsMojo may delay, suspend, refuse, or cancel any booking where fraudulent activity is suspected, where information cannot be verified, or where we reasonably believe that a transaction presents an unacceptable level of risk.

Where appropriate, FlightsMojo may cooperate with airlines, financial institutions, payment processors, fraud prevention agencies, law enforcement authorities, and regulatory bodies in connection with fraud investigations.

FlightsMojo shall not be liable for losses resulting from security measures reasonably implemented to protect customers and suppliers.

Customers are encouraged to contact FlightsMojo directly regarding any concerns relating to bookings, payments, refunds, or service issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their card issuer or payment provider.

Where a customer initiates a chargeback in relation to a valid booking, FlightsMojo reserves the right to provide booking records, payment records, supplier confirmations, correspondence, and other supporting evidence to the relevant financial institution.

If a chargeback is initiated without valid grounds and results in financial loss to FlightsMojo, we reserve the right to recover reasonable costs, administrative expenses, legal fees, and other losses incurred as a result of the chargeback process.

Nothing in this section affects a customer's legal right to challenge genuinely unauthorised or fraudulent transactions.

The Website, together with all content, functionality, software, databases, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, images, booking technology, source code, and other materials made available through the Website, are owned by or licensed to FlightsMojo and are protected by copyright, trademark, database rights, and other intellectual property laws.

Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Except as expressly permitted by law, users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any content or technology appearing on the Website without prior written permission from FlightsMojo.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and all services provided through the Website are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

FlightsMojo makes no representation or warranty that:

Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightsMojo shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, delay, inconvenience, injury, or claim arising directly or indirectly from:

• Actions or omissions of airlines or suppliers;
• Flight delays or cancellations;
• Missed connections;
• Overbooking situations;
• Denied boarding decisions;
• Schedule changes;
• Route withdrawals;
• Airport closures;
• Travel restrictions;
• Immigration decisions;
• Visa refusals;
• Health regulations;
• Lost, delayed, or damaged baggage;
• Supplier insolvency;
• Government actions;
• Weather events;
• Security incidents; or
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

FlightsMojo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of enjoyment, loss of savings, or loss of anticipated travel arrangements.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, FlightsMojo's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer directly to FlightsMojo for the booking giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for any failure, delay, cancellation, disruption, or inability to perform obligations arising from events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events may include, without limitation:

• Natural disasters;
• Floods;
• Earthquakes;
• Severe weather;
• Pandemics;
• Epidemics;
• Government restrictions;
• Border closures;
• Acts of war;
• Terrorist acts;
• Civil unrest;
• Industrial disputes;
• Airline operational failures;
• Fuel shortages;
• Power failures;
• Telecommunications failures;
• Cybersecurity incidents;
• Failures of reservation systems; and
• Other extraordinary circumstances.

Where a force majeure event occurs, FlightsMojo shall not be liable for resulting losses, costs, delays, or disruptions.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute arising out of or connected with these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Failure by FlightsMojo to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between FlightsMojo and the customer in relation to the use of the Website and the services provided through it and supersede all previous communications, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.

FlightsMojo may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to another company within its corporate group or as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of business assets.
