When you make a booking through FlightsMojo, our role is limited to facilitating the reservation process between you and the relevant airline, airline consolidator, reservation system, or travel supplier. We provide technology, booking support services, customer assistance, and reservation management services in connection with those bookings.
FlightsMojo does not own, manage, operate, or control any airline, aircraft, airport, transportation provider, or travel product offered through the Website. The transportation services purchased through the Website are provided by independent third-party suppliers whose terms and conditions govern the actual provision of the travel service.
Your contract for the transportation service itself is with the airline or supplier responsible for operating that service. FlightsMojo is not a carrier and is not responsible for carrying passengers or operating flights.
Although FlightsMojo carefully selects the suppliers whose products appear on the Website, we cannot guarantee the performance, quality, availability, or suitability of services provided by third parties. The availability of flights displayed on the Website does not constitute a guarantee that a particular itinerary remains available for purchase.
Airline inventory, fares, taxes, and availability are controlled by third-party reservation systems and suppliers and may change at any time without notice.

In certain circumstances, payment may be authorised before final confirmation is received from the supplier. If a booking cannot be confirmed, FlightsMojo will notify you and any funds successfully collected will be refunded in accordance with the payment provider’s procedures.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during the booking process is accurate, complete, and consistent with the travel documents that will be used during travel.

Passenger names must exactly match the names appearing on the relevant passport or travel document. Even minor discrepancies may result in denied boarding, cancellation of the booking, additional airline charges, or the need to purchase a replacement ticket.
Many airlines do not permit name corrections after ticket issuance, while others may impose substantial amendment fees or require cancellation and rebooking. FlightsMojo cannot override airline policies relating to passenger name corrections.
FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for any losses, costs, delays, denied boarding, additional charges, or cancellation fees arising from inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
Flights displayed on the Website are subject to constant changes in supplier inventory, airline pricing systems, currency exchange fluctuations, taxes, and government-imposed charges.
While FlightsMojo makes every reasonable effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur due to technical issues, supplier feed errors, human error, system malfunctions, or incorrect data provided by third parties.

Where requested verification information is not provided within a reasonable period, FlightsMojo reserves the right to cancel the booking, decline the transaction, or delay ticket issuance.

Electronic tickets and booking confirmations are issued subject to successful payment processing, supplier acceptance, fraud verification checks, and confirmation from the relevant airline or reservation system.

Customers should not make irreversible travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, ground transportation bookings, visa appointments, or other travel commitments, until a booking confirmation and ticket number have been received.

Any discrepancies should be reported to FlightsMojo immediately. Delays in reporting errors may reduce the options available for correction and may result in additional airline charges, fare differences, or the need to purchase a replacement ticket.
FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for losses arising from a customer's failure to review booking documentation promptly.
International travel is subject to the immigration, customs, security, health, and entry requirements imposed by the countries through which a passenger travels.
It is solely the responsibility of each traveller to ensure that they possess all documentation required for their journey, including but not limited to:

FlightsMojo shall not be liable for any losses arising from a traveller's failure to obtain or maintain the necessary documentation for travel.
All bookings made through FlightsMojo remain subject to the fare conditions, conditions of carriage, policies, procedures, and operational requirements imposed by the airline responsible for operating the relevant flight.

A voluntary cancellation occurs when a customer chooses to cancel a booking for personal reasons rather than as a result of airline disruption or cancellation.
Cancellation rights depend entirely upon the fare conditions applicable to the ticket purchased.
Many promotional, discounted, and special fares are non-refundable and may not provide any refund entitlement once a booking has been confirmed.

Refund eligibility is determined primarily by the rules and conditions imposed by the airline or supplier responsible for the booking.
FlightsMojo acts as an intermediary in the refund process and does not independently determine whether a refund should be approved.
Where a refund request is submitted, FlightsMojo will forward the request to the relevant supplier and assist in processing any refund that may be authorised.

FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for delays caused by airlines, banks, card issuers, payment gateways, reservation systems, or other third parties involved in the refund process.
Failure to travel on a booked flight without notifying the airline or obtaining an approved cancellation may result in the booking being classified as a no-show.
Many airlines automatically cancel remaining flight segments when a passenger fails to travel on an earlier segment within the same itinerary.

Such changes may occur for a variety of reasons, including operational requirements, weather conditions, airport restrictions, air traffic control measures, technical issues, staffing shortages, regulatory requirements, commercial decisions, or events beyond the airline's control.
FlightsMojo has no authority to control or prevent airline schedule changes and does not guarantee that flights will operate exactly as originally scheduled.
Where FlightsMojo receives notification of a schedule change from an airline, we will use reasonable efforts to communicate the change to the customer using the contact information provided during the booking process. However, customers remain responsible for monitoring their booking and checking flight status directly with the airline prior to travel.
FlightsMojo shall not be liable for losses, expenses, inconvenience, missed connections, accommodation costs, transportation costs, loss of earnings, or other damages arising from airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, diversions, or operational disruptions.
Baggage allowances, excess baggage charges, cabin baggage restrictions, sporting equipment policies, pet transportation rules, seat selection options, meals, lounge access, and other ancillary services are determined exclusively by the airline or supplier responsible for the booking.
Airlines frequently apply different baggage rules depending upon the route, cabin class, fare family, frequent flyer status, or operating carrier.

Customers are responsible for verifying applicable baggage allowances and restrictions directly with the airline before travel.
FlightsMojo shall not be liable for baggage charges, excess baggage fees, denied carriage of baggage, damaged baggage, lost baggage, delayed baggage, or disputes relating to ancillary services provided by airlines or suppliers.
Claims relating to baggage must generally be made directly to the airline in accordance with the airline's procedures and applicable international conventions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all applicable airline requirements, government regulations, immigration laws, health regulations, security procedures, and travel restrictions applicable to their journey.

Where a customer initiates a chargeback in relation to a valid booking, FlightsMojo reserves the right to provide booking records, payment records, supplier confirmations, correspondence, and other supporting evidence to the relevant financial institution.
If a chargeback is initiated without valid grounds and results in financial loss to FlightsMojo, we reserve the right to recover reasonable costs, administrative expenses, legal fees, and other losses incurred as a result of the chargeback process.
Nothing in this section affects a customer's legal right to challenge genuinely unauthorised or fraudulent transactions.
The Website, together with all content, functionality, software, databases, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, images, booking technology, source code, and other materials made available through the Website, are owned by or licensed to FlightsMojo and are protected by copyright, trademark, database rights, and other intellectual property laws.
